Be HAPI

Health Assessment Programs, Inc. (HAPI) is Dr. Rahe's corporate entity for marketing his stress tests, educational materials, his personal presentations and workshops since 1988. HAPI stress management programs have been conducted in the workplace, and at conference centers, over the past three decades.

All HAPI programs have been systematically studied for their outcome results, utilizing before and after measurements to search for changes in participants' stress levels, coping, and health. Over 20 research articles have been published, in peer-reviewed jounals, that document several positive findings resulting from these programs.
