Be HAPI

Health Assessment Programs, Inc. (HAPI) has been the corporate entity for marketing Dr. Rahe's stress tests, educational materials, personal presentations and workshops since 1988. A central goal of the corporation has been to create questionnaires and educational materials which promote successful stress management and enhancement of coping resources.

HAPI stress management programs have been conducted in the workplace and at conference centers over the past three decades. All programs were systematically studied, utilizing before and after measurements to document changes in participants' stress levels, enhancements in their coping, and improvements in their health. Over 20 research articles have been published, in peer-reviewed jounals, depicting these programs.
